Put a Cheek in the Board Seat
Mendon has always felt like home. With family ties to the Finger Lakes, my wife and I knew this was the perfect place to put down roots and raise our family. For the past decade, we’ve embraced everything that makes Mendon special, spending time on the water, hiking the Lehigh Valley Trail, sledding at Mendon Ponds Park, or taking a short drive to ski at Powder Mills and Swain.
Before settling in Mendon, I had the opportunity to live in Tennessee, Italy, Florida, and Virginia. Each place offered unique experiences, but nowhere had the strong sense of community, the deep-rooted values, and the neighborly spirit that make Mendon truly special. Whether it’s a conversation at the Mendon Public Library, playing with our kids at Rotary Park, or cheering on the Cougars, I’ve come to appreciate firsthand what makes this town such a wonderful place to live.
I’m running for the Mendon Town Board because I want to help ensure our community continues to thrive while protecting the values that make it unique. I’m eager to serve our residents and work together to shape a future that honors Mendon’s history while embracing thoughtful growth and opportunity.
Community Involvement
Mendon isn’t just where my family lives, it’s where we’ve put down deep roots, built meaningful connections, and dedicated our time to making a difference. Since moving here, I’ve been actively involved in the community, working alongside neighbors, local organizations, and town leadership to support the people and places that make Mendon special.
I proudly served in the U.S. Army Infantry in the 2/503d Reconnaissance Team, with multiple combat tours to Afghanistan. I continue to support fellow veterans as a member of the Honeoye Falls American Legion Post #1278 and am a Life Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars post 5465. As a qualified U.S. Army Sniper, I am a member of the Army Sniper Association, which provides assistance to the U.S. Army sniper community and financial support to sniper-qualified soldiers injured in service.
My wife and I are raising our two children, a 9-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son, and we are incredibly grateful for the exceptional education and development opportunities provided by the HFL school district (I personally love the Habits of Mind!). Whether coaching T-ball, volunteering at school events, or cheering at local activities, I am proud to be an engaged member of this wonderful community.
You may have seen me on the Lehigh Valley Trail, at the annual HFFD Christmas Parade, or working alongside you at a town event. My commitment to Mendon goes beyond just living here. I believe in being actively involved and working to ensure our town remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

Serving as an Airborne Infantryman in combat taught me the value of teamwork, grit, and service to something greater than myself. I was honored to serve alongside America’s finest (including three living Medal of Honor recipients) who exemplify courage and sacrifice.
My commitment to service didn’t end when I took off the uniform. It’s what drives me to give back to my community, to support fellow veterans, and to step up for Mendon as a leader who puts service before self.

Having lived around the world, I can confidently say that Mendon is truly one of a kind. It’s more than just where my family and I live, it’s where we’ve built lasting connections, found a strong sense of community, and put down roots for the future–we’re here for life..
I’m running for the Mendon Town Board because I believe in preserving what makes this town special while planning for its future. I want to ensure that Mendon remains a great place for families, supports local businesses, and maintains the small-town charm that makes it unique.
With my background in military service, leadership, and community involvement, I understand the importance of working together to solve problems, listening to residents, and making thoughtful, responsible decisions. Mendon has given so much to my family, and I’m eager to give back by serving on the Town Board.
